Position: PEO/HR Outsourcing Independent Contractor National Sales Rep. No territory restrictions. Call on small to mid sized businesses to generate new accounts. Size of company can be from 5 to 1,000 employees and we will look at larger companies. Work with prospective clients in assessing their Employee Benefits, Payroll Services, HR Management, 401K, Health plans, and Workers Comp and selling/implementing PEO and HR services. Experience: MUST HAVE sales experience in PEO (Professional Employer Organization) and HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) industry with a minimum of 1 year building relationships with C-Level decision makers and closing sales. The successful applicant must have a strong networking skills, solid prospecting ability and experience with the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.This is a prime opportunity for benefits brokers, group insurance agents, PEO & payroll sales professionals with a strong client base of HR directors, CFOs and business owners. Experience with any of these companies is a big plus: ADP, Wells Fargo Payroll, Administaff, Ceridian, McBee, TotalSource, Gevity, Paychex, Payroll 1, Compupay, Paycom, Paycor, Intuit Payroll, Kronos, Deluxe Corporation, Oasis Outsourcing, Paylocity, etc. Compensation: Commission only 1099 contract. Uncapped commissions with residuals. Company is US owned and operated. All operations are in the US. No off-shore call centers. All accounts are assigned an individual account manager.
